The title track "Caustic" delves into a rarely glimpsed side of ETHER. Throwing out the rule book, noise filling the cracks, in a downtempo but still aggressive tune.

"Cruelty & Concrete" presents with a more direct bass music style, but whilst the first drop is an ode to earlier dungeon-esque tunes, it evolves
into an entirely different beast as it progresses. This chimeric track has to be played all the way through to fully appreciate the way it evolves.

The third track on the EP is "Jaded", immediately starting with a vibe reminiscent of an exotic Western film, followed by off-kilter and seemingly unquantised drum patterns. In the background, a series of exotic scales tease and a full-body subsonic wave is introduced, in a form that could only be described as "loose".

The final track is a fitting send off as it features a remix of an already certified anthem from Dalek One. "Gone Mad" was released on Encrypted Audio and this remix has been floating around in mixes and live shows for a while. This remix by ETHER is certified to stress any soundsystem it graces.
